Dear Dr. Slattery:

I would like to start off by saying that other than the gift of life there is nothing more beneficial than optimal health. At best if we are fortunate to be born with no disease or health related handicap we would be considered well equipped for a good starting point for the enjoyment of life. However, circumstances beyond our control throughout life may hinder or greatly impact this pre-acquired advantage.

My recent car accident led me to your office of which I have under these circumstances been grateful to have experienced the high caliber of qualified professional staff which all contributes to the care of injured individuals like myself.

I feel it is extremely important to take notice and acknowledge ones appreciation for people who not only because they find themselves in the health industry and it may be considered part of their job, but who show empathy, sympathy and understanding to everyday people that now find themselves in need of medical assistance. This is not something to be taken for granted as anyone can find themselves in this position overnight.

It is for this reason that I personally felt compelled to write to you to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care that I have received and also eye-witnessed how each and every patient is equally been in receipt of customized care and attention as myself. From the moment a patient walks into your office they are greeted with an inviting. warm and friendly atmosphere conveyed professionally and yet personable. Further, the nurse practitioners examine the patient equivalent to a mother’s tender compassion and lastly but certainly not least the physical therapists and the chiropractor equally take personal interest in not only the physical rehabilitation of each patient but also the person as a whole. In my humble opinion this is huge.

To have strangers make you feel important and that they truly care to help you makes a world of difference in the healing or at best the psychological response to trauma, stress and all negative impact in one’s life. I have on a personal level expressed to all those that have aided me in my therapies my sincere appreciation for their dedication and commitment beyond their scope of duty. Therefore, it is imperative that I also make you aware of the kind of people you are fortunate to have under your employ who work well together and run an efficient office all the while making the patient fee) that during their duration in therapy they receive personal attention and care.
